This standard applies to a latex primer-sealer for use on previously unpainted interior surfaces such as dry plaster (having a moisture content of not more than 12% as indicated by a moisture meter), plasterboard, wallboard, wood and on previously painted porous surfaces with a flat finish. Normally this primer-sealer may be topcoated 3h after application.
